Refund Policy

At Vault Theory, we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

Be unworn, unused, and in the same condition in which it was received
Include all original tags, packaging, accessories, and inserts
Be suitable for resale
Include proof of purchase or valid order information

Items that show signs of wear, washing, alteration, damage after delivery, or missing original packaging may not be accepted.

How to Request a Return

Before sending any item back, please contact us at:

Please include your order number and the reason for your return.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide the return instructions.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Please do not send any return before receiving confirmation from our customer service team.

Customer-Initiated Returns

For returns caused by:

Change of mind
Incorrect size selection
Personal preference
No longer wanting the item

a fixed $10 return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.

A fixed $5 processing and restocking fee will also be deducted from the refund.

This means a total of $15 may be deducted from the refund where both fees apply.

Free Returns or Exchanges for Our Errors

If the return or exchange is caused by an error on our part, including:

A defective item
A damaged item
An incorrect item
A missing or incomplete item
An item that is materially different from what was ordered

the return or exchange will be provided at no cost to the customer.

In these situations:

We will cover the applicable return shipping costs
The $10 return shipping fee will not apply
The $5 processing/restocking fee will not apply
No additional return or exchange fee will be charged

Please provide:

Your order number
A description of the issue
Supporting photographs where appropriate

Once the issue is confirmed, we will provide the appropriate return, replacement, exchange, or refund instructions.

Exchanges

Direct exchanges may be available depending on stock availability.

If the exchange is requested because of customer preference, such as selecting the wrong size or wanting another color, applicable return fees may apply.

If the exchange is required because of an error on our part, the exchange will be handled free of charge.

If the requested replacement is unavailable, we may offer a refund or another appropriate solution.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products may not be eligible for return, including:

Gift cards
Final sale items where legally permitted
Customized or personalized products
Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
Items returned without original tags, packaging, or essential accessories
Products that cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons where applicable

European Union 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If your order is delivered to a customer in the European Union and applicable consumer law provides a statutory right of withdrawal, you may have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days without providing a reason.

Returned items should remain in their original condition, with tags and original packaging, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

Where mandatory consumer law conflicts with any part of this policy, applicable law will take priority.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

For eligible customer-initiated returns, the refund may be reduced by:

$10 Return Shipping Fee
$5 Processing / Restocking Fee

These deductions do not apply when the return is caused by an error on our part.

Please allow up to 10 business days after refund approval for the refund to be processed.

Your bank or payment provider may require additional time before the funds appear in your account.

Original Shipping Charges

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless:

The return results from an error on our part
The item received was defective, damaged, incorrect, or incomplete

Nothing in this Refund Policy is intended to exclude, limit, or restrict any rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable consumer protection laws.
